Youth-led Podcast: Young Voices of Quebec

Welcome to Young Voices of Quebec, the podcast where the next generation speaks up and speaks out. Hosted by youth, for youth, this is your space to hear real stories, bold ideas, and honest conversations about what it means to grow up as an English-speaking young person in Quebec. From identity and culture to mental health, school life, and social issues, no topic is off the table. Whether you’re looking to relate, reflect, or be inspired, each episode brings fresh perspectives straight from the voices that matter most: yours.

Be Unsinkable! Just Be You

A Wellness Group for Youth, Led by Youth.

Are you 16–26? Looking for a safe, supportive space to connect, share, and grow? Unsinkable Youth is a 12-week peer-to-peer support group where you can join others in-person or online to talk about life’s challenges, build resilience, and learn new coping skills.

What to Expect:

  • Peer-led, judgment-free discussions
  • Weekly meetups every Wednesday, 4:30–6:00 PM.
  • Join us virtually or drop in person at our community espace
  • A supportive environment, supervised by professionals

Who Should Join? Anyone between 16 and 26 who wants to connect, share experiences, and grow in a safe space. Join in person at our community space or online!

Tel-Aide Montréal is a non-profit organization offering free, confidential, and anonymous listening services by phone. Their trained volunteers provide active listening support to anyone experiencing loneliness, anxiety, depression, or everyday emotional challenges.
